It fits very well with the whole show — Migi to Dali changes towards the end. From a quirky and almost incomprehensible series, it becomes more serious and grounded.
It starts as a story about two brothers trying to trick their stepparents by pretending to be the same person. They succeed quite well, as Migi and Dali are very similar. The twins want to befriend the people of a privileged village and find out who is responsible for their mother's death.
In the beginning, the series looks strange — we are shown a lot of comical embarrassing scenes. The secondary characters are also not adequate — one has an abnormal attraction to birds, the other is sadistic. In the end, however, everything falls into place and the whole viewing experience changes.
Great characters
If all the other characters are quite controversial, Migi and Dali are pleasantly surprising from the start. Their similarity becomes the main attraction of the show: without Migi and Dali, the series would lose all its charm. But that's not the only good thing about them. Their personalities are quite interesting and are revealed as the show progresses.
From being uptight loners who only trust each other, they turn into kind and sympathetic friends who are not afraid to accept help from others. They even help the brother responsible for their mother's death because they feel a similarity and sympathy with him.
Equally impressive is the transformation the characters undergo. At first, it is very difficult to distinguish between them. Their interests are the same, even the way they move is similar. In the end, however, each of them acquires their own personality and characteristics.
Migi is more drawn to creativity and has a soft and slightly naive character. Dali is more cold and calculating and prefers science. A fascinating detail that symbolizes their emancipation is the scar on Dali's face. Despite the low popularity of the series, the duo of the main characters is successful and well written.
