The story follows a woman who studies to be a surgeon to atone for the sins of her previous life as an empress. But after a plane crash, she gets thrown back into that life. She sets out to change who she was — a haughty, horrible person — and possibly change her fate, since her end was brought about by her terrible behavior. So far, we know that to save herself, she might try to avoid marrying Linden, but can she avoid falling in love with him?
The anime is a little bit of isekai and a bit of romance, and Linden is one of the few main characters who has just received a new PV.

The new PV follows Linden, who may or may not become Elise’s main love interest and husband. The animation is beautiful, and the music fits the general tone of the previous PV, which took Elise’s point of view. What makes it even more entertaining is that Linden is voiced by Youhei Azakami, the voice of this season's popular deranged detective Ron Kamonohashi from Ron Kamonohashi's Forbidden Deductions (Kamonohashi Ron no Kindan Suiri). We are sure he will do a good job voicing Linden as well.
There is little response from the fans regarding the PV yet, but people generally support the anime. They like the fact that South Korean manhwas are getting adapted into anime, and they hope that their success will pave the way for more of such novels to be animated.
