In a world of shounens, we’re excited for a romantic comedy.
Summary:
The Dangers in My Heart Season 2 is scheduled for January 2024.
A new PV for the season is out.
Fans recommend not watching it if you don’t want any spoilers.
The Dangers in My Heart (Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu) is a slice-of-life romantic comedy manga series written and illustrated by Norio Sakurai. With Season 1 of the anime adaptation being mostly loved by fans, Season 2 has become only a matter of time, and Shin-Ei Animation is doing their magic.
Romantic comedy that starts creepy
The Dangers in My Heart starts like a good shounen or even horror series: a student, Kyoutarou Ichikawa, is dreaming of killing his classmates and Anna is his target number one. However, don’t be scared, he’s not going to go through with it. When Kyoutarou learns what kind of person Anna truly is, his plans change. As they spend more time together, Kyoutarou sees another side of the girl, and he can’t help but feel something for her. But where will it all lead us? Watch the series and find out.
The first season finished airing earlier this year, and the second one is on its way. Not being forced to wait long for the sequel is definitely delightful. Season 2 is scheduled for January 6, 2024, and the new promotional video is out. Beauty and drama are probably the best words to describe the teaser, since the art style is as appealing as always, and every other frame of the video portrays a character crying. Yay! More heartbreak. But jokes aside, the teaser does look amazing, and the inspirational-sounding soundtrack makes it even better.
Better not watch the teaser
Manga readers, however, recommend not watching the new teaser to avoid spoilers. It’s not really spoiler heavy, and you won’t get any huge reveals from it, but there are some things that you would be happier to learn in the series itself. It might not be such a big deal if you don’t speak Japanese, but if you’re always watching teasers with great precision, you might want to avoid this one. So if you’d like to be truly surprised, it’s better to go into the Dangers in My Heart blind.
Fans promise the second season to be incredible, so if you thought that the first one was great, you’re in for a surprise: things are going to get even more exciting. We’ve got a little less than a month before we can experience another part of the story, and now it’s time to get hyped and ready for more comedy and drama.
