Paul Turner is our go-to guy for all things retro and geeky, a Senior Staff Writer who's been with letsweaboo.com long enough to have seen trends come and go, only to be resurrected in a new form. As Paul himself admits,

"Call me old-fashioned, but I'm more of a mecha guy? But definitely old school, cause I ain't calling myself a fan of the post CGI mecha era, that's for sure."

While many of us are still trying to figure out the ins and outs of the latest pop culture phenomenon, Paul's usually busy diving into the classics. Whether he's waxing poetic about movie references in Chainsaw Man manga or dissecting One Piece and its power scaling (though he's decidedly ambivalent about Netflix's live-action adaptation), Paul adds (sometimes very, very needed) time-honored wisdom to our team.
