For now, it feels like everyone is just waiting for something to happen to Sukuna, and it never does. All the characters deal some minor damage to him and then perish. A major turn of events is needed right now.
Any prospects for Sukuna's defeat?
If the endgame of the series is Sukuna’s defeat (and we expect it to be), then Sukuna has to suffer some great damage soon. It’s getting annoying to watch him deal with all the characters effortlessly.
The moment of Sukuna’s mistake is probably coming, we can all feel it, but the story is dragging the entire thing out so much that it makes readers want to riot and quit reading the manga.
Sukuna is not even at his full power right now, and it’s natural to assume that Gege wants readers to see him go all out. Fans are anticipating this moment to happen as soon as possible, followed by a mind-blowing plot twist that will allow the sorcerers to be victorious.
However, if the same things keep happening for another 10-20 chapters, there will be few people left to read the manga when it finally reaches its conclusion.
