Cosmic Entity versus furious bald guy — epic fight which resulted in time travel and destroyed Jupiter.

While fans wait for One-Punch Man Season 3, manga readers have already witnessed one of the most epic fights not only from this title, but also among the others. Saitama vs. Garou - this fight was inevitable, it was only a matter of time when these two characters would have a real fight (it doesn't count when Saitama didn't care and knocked Garou out on the street). Finally, in Chapter 160, they approach each other.
Garou’s goal was to become “Absolute Evil”, to let people know that he is stronger than any hero, or any monster. He almost achieved his goal, but Saitama showed up and the fight began. They exchange blows miles into the air, Garou uses a hand chop on Saitama, and shatters his own forearm. Garou continues to use martial arts and techniques — God Slayer Instant Attack, God Slayer Ascending Attack, Great Fa Jin — only to see that Saitama doesn't care at all. Saitama answers with Consecutive Normal Punches, shocking and angering Garou.
This “warm up” leads to Awakened Garou: Cosmic Fear Mode, which he received from a God. (I hope you can keep up) Now Garou is just his silhouette with galaxies and stars inside, he understands how the Universe works and knows about cosmic forces — he is the strongest and the most dangerous threat that heroes have ever witnessed. The fight continues, Garou’s punches are nuclear now, and Saitama retreats for a moment. In his absence, Garou manages to kill Genos right before Saitama's return. This scene is pure masterpiece — excellent artwork with epic fights changes to a serious and strong moment, when Saitama only wants revenge — we see his face covered with rain because of the nuclear fallout, his eyes show that he is furious and won’t hesitate.
Their fight continues on Jupiter’s satellite Io, which is later destroyed by Saitama’s Serious Table Flip, and Jupiter is blown away by Serious Sneeze. The powers of these two characters increased exponentially, but Saitama managed to surpass Garou and return to Earth. Garou is defeated, he is in despair because of his actions, that’s why he teaches Saitama how to travel in time, Saitama goes back and defeats Garou before he declares that he is “Absolute Evil”.
This fight is full of punches, teleports, different techniques, the scale of the fight is enormous. ONE and Murata managed to create a rollercoaster which amazes you every second. Moreover, this fight ends the Monster Association Arc, and it ends on a high note. Creators should take this as an example of how to create interesting and epic fights, and how to end arcs.
