The Union is a very important part of Undead Unluck after the main characters and their goals. They are inseparable, as Andy and Fuuko almost immediately become members of this organization and help other Negators complete missions.

The Union had a total of 10 members when Andy and Fuuko joined, but after a recent mission, the organization was allowed to find another member. The main characters went to an auction in Rio de Janeiro because there was a rumor that a boy with powers would be sold there.
This is how Chikara entered the story. We have already seen a bit of his backstory and his powers. Many viewers were fascinated by this shy and seemingly weak hero.

It seemed that there should have been no questions about Chikara joining — that was the goal of Andy and Fuuko's mission. However, the heroes gave the boy the opportunity to choose his fate.
Now he has to decide whether he wants to work to save the world or live as an ordinary teenager. Which is quite possible, since the forces that poison the lives of the Negators can be contained.
Chikara would make a great addition to the Roundtable if he decides to join. Especially because of the chemistry that has already developed between the characters. With his insecurity and timidity, he overshadows the determined characters of Andy and Fuuko and many other members of the Union.
Chikara is also a good fit for combat — in Episode 14, we saw how his ability to stop everything he sees can be combined with the powers of other Negators to create beautiful and interesting combinations.
