Who is Kenjaku?

Kenjaku is over-a-thousand years old curse user, capable of transplanting his brain into other people to control them. This is how he took over Geto's body, and that's why he looks exactly like him except for the scar on the forehead.

We know that Geto was not the first victim of Kenjaku and he took control of multiple people before him and assumed their identities. Including the mother of Yuji, Kaori. Moreover, he was possessing her body at the time of Yuji's conception and gave birth to the boy. So in some way it makes him some sort of a bizarre father for the boy.

It's still unknown what Kenjaku's real body looks like, but all the bodies that he takes over have stitches and a scar on the forehead from the procedure required to transfer his brain.

History

Kenjaku and Sukuna met centuries ago and during the Heian era he was the one to split his soul into twenty cursed objects (the fingers) to help him live on after death.

During the time when Kenjaku was possessing Noritoshi Kamo's body, he experimented on a woman for his intellectual curiosity, which led to the creation of the nine Cursed Womb: Death Paintings.

Kenjaku has also met members of Gojo's clan before and got defeated by them twice. That's why when he learned about another Six Eyes user, he killed them just a month after their birth.

We also know that Kenjaku is well-acquainted with Tengen, since he knew a lot about their plans and past. And he used their technique to swap bodies with others to keep living for centuries

We need more

Now that Kenjaku is dead in the story, fans can't help but feel sorry that more details haven't been revealed about his past and backstory. Manga readers have been hoping to get more insight for ages, and they're worried that they're never getting it now.

There's still hope that Kenjaku will manage to play a role in the story even after his death and more mysteries will be unveiled, but fans are losing hope with each chapter.
