Hilarious romance
Astro Note will tell us the story of Takumi, whose exceptional skills couldn't save him from an unpleasant surprise: he loses his job. A new job is on the horizon, though, but Takumi hesitates to accept it since he will have to live in the boarding house, where it takes place. However, a charming caretaker, Mira, might be just the one to help him make up his mind.
There's a catch, though, since Mira is from another world. But this will only make their relationship more interesting and outworldly.
You can already take the first look at the series, since the first promotional video was released earlier this month, and this time Astro Note decided to surprise us with something new and release the opening theme for the series.
OP is out
The opening is weird in the best possible way. There are characters that look like they've come from a space fantasy series, there's a peculiar dog (a dancing one!), and huge fish that the two main protagonists ride. If this is not the combination of everything perfect for a hilarious romance, we don't know what is.
The OP provides everything we expected from Astro Note, which is stunning character design, light-hearted soundtrack, weirdness and humor. And we just hope that this is not one of the deceitful openings, and the actual series will indeed have the same vibe.
The opening is directed by Shingo Yamashita (Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto) and Maho Aoki (Hell's Paradise) and is composed by Purple One Star.
Fans' expectations
Viewers are looking forward to the premiere of Astro Note, and we have to admit that the anime looks very promising, too. The OP once again confirmed it, and we just can't help our excitement.
Fans were pleasantly surprised by the release of the opening theme. It's still more than a month until the premiere, and they expected to see the OP somewhere in the beginning of April, but they aren't complaining of course. It's always nice to get more content.
