Later, when Oushi meets Yuki on the street and realizes that she’s on her way to meet Itsuomi, he gets annoyed again and tries to push her not to go.
Although it hasn’t been officially announced (yet?), we may understand that Oushi is romantically interested in Yuki, thus his inadequate reactions. We know he learned sign language for Yuki and we see that he really cares for her. So should she just forget about Itsuomi and end up with Oushi?
