Chained Soldier Gets More Fanservicey With Each Episode, and Fans Love It

If you saw the “ecchi” genre among others in Chained Soldier (Mato Seihei no Slave), you already knew what to expect from the series. And even if you didn’t, the first episode of the series doesn’t try to hide it from you: this anime will be sexual.

In the female-dominated world where only women can possess supernatural abilities, a young man Yuuki becomes Kyouka’s slave. But slaves have to be rewarded after being used, and it’s just the way you think it is: these rewards are mostly sexual in their nature.

A lot of sexual themes

While a big part of anime fans stopped reading and watching Chained Soldier after learning about this, there’s another great part that enjoys the series because of that. And the anime is very happy to provide.

There are only three episodes out, but it already seems like the series has included most of the common fetishes and male fantasies. Yuuki lives among pretty girls, he serves them and can watch them and interact with them on a regular basis.

Judging by the way Chained Soldier is going now, if there’s a fetish known to mankind, it will be explored in the anime, fans joke. And it seems like they don’t mind at all.

Not a regular shounen

Most shounen series try to be as serious as possible, but Chained Soldier says “screw it, let’s add fun into the mix.” And it does so. Chained Soldier’s way of having fun means having sexualized and sometimes naked girls, Yuuki massaging and undressing them as well as enjoying being stepped on by them.

Fans are having the time of their lives joking about all the weird fetishes the story presents. They don’t even care if the story becomes more serious or not, Chained Soldier has two things that sell best: action and sex. And it works for the audience.

Of course, this may seem very problematic to many viewers, since the anime tried to please the male audience a bit too much. But we have to understand that various series have various target demographics, and Chained Soldier is a very specific anime.

If you are absolutely against any types of sexualisation, this won’t be a series for you, so we don’t recommend you even trying it: it will only spoil the mood.
