Demon Slayer Promotional Reel 2024 is to Be Released This Week: is There Going to Be a New Teaser?

Season 4 is coming.

Summary:

  • Season 4 of Demon Slayer is in the works.
  • The Hashira Training Arc is going to get animated.
  • Demon Slayer Promotional Reel will be released on December 10th.

It has been previously announced that Season 4 of Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) is in the works. It will pick up after the events of the third season and will adapt the Hashira Training Arc of the manga. Since this arc is said to be only a few chapters long, there have been speculations about the new season going further than that or adding some extra content.

A couple of visuals along with a small video teaser featuring all the Hashira were released before, and got us excited, of course! The key visuals featured five hashira: Giyu, Shinobu, Gyomei, Sanemi and Obanai, so they will be the core of the new season.

Promotional Reel is coming

Demon Slayer Promotional Reel 2024 is coming at the end of this week and will be released simultaneously worldwide on December 10th. It will be available on various official YouTube channels and distribution services around the world and broadcast as a commercial on Fuji TV.

The main expectation that followed this news is that we’re going to learn the release date, of course. Although Season 3 came out this year, fans are already excited to see more of Demon Slayer. And we can’t help but share their excitement. A new teaser also sounds like an incredible idea. Fans are not even asking for much, just 10-20 seconds will be enough to satisfy their curiosity for now.

More arcs might get announced?

As we’ve mentioned earlier, the Hashira Training Arc is going to be animated in the new season, but manga readers say it’s too short. So a number of fans feel like something more is coming. Infinity Castle Arc might be also announced, which is part of the story that follows the Hashira Training. With that being animated, Demon Slayer will be very close to its conclusion, so the hype is understandable. However, since Infinity Castle is one of the final Demon Slayer arcs, there’s a feeling that Ufotable wouldn’t want to rush things, so don’t get your hopes up for such an announcement.

On top of that, December 10th has got more news for the fans. Shueisha has also announced a special Demon Slayer screening at TOHO Cinemas Hibiya in Tokyo. Three episodes of the series are going to be shown during this event: “Akaza” (episode 6 of the Mugen Train Arc), “Never Give Up” (episode 10 of the Entertainment District Arc) and "The Mu in Muichiro" (episode 8 of the Swordsmith Village Arc).
